Product Description

This product offers specific solvent resistance properties and defined application scenarios:

1. Solvent Resistance:

It is resistant to most organic solvents during spraying and soaking, such as absolute ethanol and xylene. However, it is not resistant to acetone and is not suitable for solvent wiping. After exposure to solvents, allow the reagent to fully evaporate before proceeding to the next step.

2. Applications:

1. Suitable for labeling the frosted ends of microscope slides in pathological experiments; resistant to soaking in solvents such as xylene and ethanol.

2. Suitable for writing on POM embedding cassettes in pathological experiments; resistant to soaking in solvents such as xylene, ethanol, and paraffin.

3. Suitable for marking PVDF membranes in Western blot (WB) experiments; resistant to activation agents such as ethanol and methanol, as well as washing with surfactant-containing buffers like TBST.

Note:
When used on other hard surfaces such as centrifuge tubes or zip-lock bags, the ink may not be solvent-resistant and markings may be easily erased. For other materials, solvent resistance and abrasion durability should be tested independently. In all cases, ensure the ink is completely dry before exposure to any solvent.

Storage and Transportation

Transport at room temperature.

Store at room temperature, valid for 12 months.

Precautions

1. This product contains organic solvents. Please wear appropriate protective equipment during use.

2. Cap the pen tightly after use to prevent the tip from drying out.

3. If the ink does not flow, gently shake the pen a few times, draw repeatedly on a glass slide, or briefly soak the tip in ethanol.
