The GoldBand™ 100 bp plus DNA Ladder consists of fourteen double-stranded DNA fragments (100 bp, 200 bp, 300 bp, 400 bp, 500 bp, 600 bp, 700 bp, 800 bp, 900 bp, 1,000 bp, 1,200 bp, 1,500 bp, 2,000 bp, 3,000 bp). Since this product is premixed with 1× loading buffer, it can be used in agarose gel electrophoresis directly. The reference bands are 500 bp and 1,200 bp, with a concentration of 120 ng/5 μL. The concentration of the other bands is 50 ng/5 μL. This product is suitable for the analysis of DNA fragments in agarose gel electrophoresis and is not recommended for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.

Distinct bands - composed of single DNA fragments purified by chromatography, a clear band can be obtained.

This product is suitable for the analysis of DNA bands in agarose gel electrophoresis and is not recommended for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.

The products should be stored at 2~8℃ for six months; -25~-15℃ for 1 year. Avoid repeated freeze-thawing.
