AAV Capsid Barcode Kit-Common-CMV-mCherry

This kit is used to compare how well different common AAV types work in various cells and tissues. It includes 15 widely used AAV capsids, each labeled with unique DNA barcodes so researchers can track where each one goes and how efficiently it delivers genes using NGS analysis.

The kit uses a CMV-mCherry reporter system. The CMV promoter provides strong expression in many cell types, and the mCherry signal helps identify and isolate cells that have been successfully infected. WPRE and bGH polyA help increase and stabilize gene expression. Each capsid has three different barcode sequences, allowing analysis at both DNA and RNA levels.

The viruses are provided as a mixed preparation with a titer of about 1×10¹³ VG/ml. They are produced in HEK293T cells, purified by CsCl ultracentrifugation, and quantified by qPCR.

Store at −80 °C for long-term use, −20 °C for 1–2 months, or 4 °C for up to 1–2 weeks. Ships on dry ice.
