AAV6 Capsid Libraries are designed for the evolution and development of novel AAV capsids with specific characteristics based on AAV6 capsid. AAV6 Capsid Libraries have 7 to 12 amino acid random peptides insertion on the surface of viral capsid at VR-IV or VR-VIII region. AAV6 CAP gene with random peptide are driven by a CAG/P40 hybrid promoter. P40 promoter was used to drive CAP expression during AAV production. CAG promoter is used to express CAP in targeting cells or tissues.
