This kit helps researchers compare how different common AAV types perform in various cells and tissues. It includes 15 widely used AAV capsids, and each one has unique DNA barcodes so scientists can track which capsid works best in specific target cells.

This version uses a CAG-EGFP reporter system. The CAG promoter drives strong gene expression in many cell types, and the EGFP signal makes it easy to find and collect cells that were successfully infected. WPRE and bGH polyA help increase and stabilize EGFP expression. Each capsid is linked to three different barcode sequences, allowing analysis at both DNA and RNA levels using NGS.
